Located close to Cambridge City, walking distance (20 min). Even though plenty of parking space available.

The room was excellent. Check-in was simple and efficient. Breakfast was outstanding. A very clean hotel affording excellent value for money. Well done.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. The location was just right - a 10-15 min walk to the center of Cambridge, and reasonably priced.
The mattress. It was firm (good), but had some distinct lumps that one had to arrange oneself around. We didn't investigate the other (twin) beds in the room, so it was possibly just an unlucky exception.

I had a really comfortable stay. There was plenty of space and good facilities. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly but not intrusive.

This place was much farther from the train station than we thought it would be. It cost us nearly nine pounds for a taxi to get there. It was a long walk from the bus stop downtown; if we'd had directions on the website for which bus to catch, it would have been easier. Great breakfast. It's a fair hike into town, but we walked all the way back from the center center taking the route through the park, and it was nice. The neighborhood seemed safe and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and professional. The room was comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good and the car parking was very welcome. The location is reasonable with a pleasant walk, in good weather, to the city centre and sights.
I can only comment on the room we occupied and this was dark and a little unwelcoming, although the shower room was again efficient and the room included tea making and other facilities you would expect. Overall the hotel does not have pleasant areas to sit and whilst this is acceptable when the weather is good it may be somewhat depressing in poor weather.

Room was small but it was confortable and we had a good night sleep. Ensuite was clean. Breakfast was good. We will consider coming back to Hamilton Lodge if we wanted to go to Cambridge.

The staff was friendly and the location was not so bad.
It didn't look so clean. There was a dusty smell everywhere apart from the breakfast room. This smell was due to the carpets everywhere. We would suggest to change them with a wooden floor or tiles which is a good solution for a easier maintenance and a more clean aspect of the lodge. Moreover we suggest the staff not to put the clean sheets on the above described floor before making the room. The hygiene is very important in a public place !!!

The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was also very good.
The room was a bit small. While it was one of the cheapest B&Bs around Cambridge, the value for money was still fairly low.
